Site Manager - Contractor

Our client, a Tier 1 main contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on an Nursing Home project in Wicklow. They require someone with strong all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, façade, internals etc but ideally be particularly strong on concrete frame & structural works. Experience delivering a nursing home project is desirable though not essential.

• Trade Background or Construction related Degree
  
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
  
• Previous Experience nursing home &/or hospital projects is desirable
  
• Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, façade, & oversee Finishing Foremen on Internal works
  
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
