IT Support Engineer (L3) - 9 Month FTC

Our client is seeking a highly capable Level 3 engineer to support and deliver a wide range of infrastructure and cloud projects across a global estate. This role is suited to someone with substantial hands-on experience who can operate independently, contribute ideas, and take ownership of technical outcomes.

• Lead and deliver infrastructure projects across server, network, and cloud platforms.
• Drive the migration from legacy digital infrastructure into Microsoft Azure.
• Own the design, optimisation, and administration of M365 services.
• Manage server infrastructure, including Windows Server, virtualisation, and storage.
• Support and maintain Veeam backups, replication, and disaster recovery processes.
• Review and enhance network topology across global sites.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration and security.
• Implement and support Microsoft Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning.
• Administer and optimise Entra ID identity and access management.
• Support secure endpoint compliance, policy enforcement, and remedial action.

• Provide senior-level escalation and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with third party AV and IT service partners.
• Travel to international sites to support project delivery and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure smooth execution of upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
• Bring forward new ideas, technical improvements, and process enhancements.
• Contribute recommendations proactively, based on industry best practice.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and drive appropriate solutions.
• Stay open to broadening skillsets and adopting emerging technologies.
