We are seeking motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various aspects of our distribution center's operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities include receiving and unloading inbound shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing outgoing shipments. This position is key to our overall logistics network, ensuring that products reach their destinations accurately and on time. You will work diligently to maintain accurate inventory records and a clean, organized workspace. Safety is paramount; therefore, all associates must strictly follow established safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform consistent lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift. Experience with warehouse equipment is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Properly utilize all required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and safety.
