We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are vital for our logistics success. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, and all employees are required to follow established protocols and wear appropriate PPE. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. Prior experience is not essential as we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals eager to learn the ins and outs of warehouse logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate methods.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles and trailers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure the proper use of all required PPE.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support other warehouse functions and assist colleagues as needed within our logistics operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Capacity to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear mandated PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
