Job Title: Sales Analyst

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 3 Days In Office
Hourly: $60,000 to $75,000
Job Summary:
LHH is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire a permanent Sales Analyst. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years supporting a sales team, experience in PowerBI and have a self starting work ethic. The hours are 8AM to 4PM M-Fri and this is a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain accurate sales data and support the development of forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning materials.
• Use PowerPoint to prepare sales presentations and performance summaries for leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Help streamline workflows, implement process improvements, and support the adoption of tools or systems used by the Sales team.
• Assisting with cold calling for inside sales support

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience supporting a sales team
• Must have experience using PowerBI
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or SharePoint is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel pivot tables and v look ups
• Self starter, organized and enjoys analytics and reporting
