Job Description

**Job Title: Office Dispatch Customer Service Representative**

**Job Summary:**

We are actively seeking a highly organized and assertive Office Dispatch Customer Service Representative.  This will start as a temporary role up to a 3 month assignment with possibility for permanent hire.

This role is essential in facilitating effective communication between our customers and the dispatch team, and Delivery drivers, efficiently resolving inquiries and coordinating service requests.

- Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies decisively, following up to ensure complete satisfaction.

- Communicate service updates and changes to customers promptly and effectively.

- Utilize office software and customer management systems to track and report on service requests and outcomes with precision.

- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to enhance communication and streamline service processes.

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer feedback is gathered and service expectations are exceeded.

- Demonstrated experience in customer service or dispatching is preferred.  Bi-lingual is a plus.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and sharp attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage time effectively.
