Sales Manager – Top Performer Only | Veterans Choice Contracting (Quad Cities)
Veterans Choice Contracting is hiring a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team as we scale. This role is for proven leaders who have a track record of building winning teams and producing measurable results. Average performers should not apply.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and hold a sales team accountable to weekly production targets
Run structured pipeline and performance meetings
Improve close rates, average ticket, and overall team performance
Coach reps in the field through ride-alongs and hands-on training
Track and report KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven success leading a sales team and improving performance
Strong leadership, accountability, and coaching ability
Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
Experience in roofing, construction, or home services preferred
Compensation
Base salary + aggressive performance bonuses tied to team results
