We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in New York, NY. The Customer Service Representative is primarily tasked with the essential function of delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Superior verbal & written communication skill-sets

  • Maintains fruitful customer connections
  • Prior customer service or sales experience

  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team to perform all tasks as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year prior sales coordination or customer support experience
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks when priorities shift
