On a given day, a Warehouse Associate will:
- Contact customers to schedule maintenance
- Contact customers who have canceled and/or expired contracts to increase loyalty and retain business
- Assist in cue as needed during high call volume
- Enters customer orders and assists in or handles order fulfillment, expediting and/or changes to existing orders
- Address customer issues and ensure positive and long-term problem resolution
- Proactive approach in delighting customers
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Advises customers, colleagues, and Managers on pricing, availability, and follow through from order to delivery
- Checks forecasts for scheduling purposes
- Periodically survey customer satisfaction / technician and report findings to management
- Cross trained in ordering parts, as back-up for commercial / residential billing; and residential dispatch
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Job requirements :
- 2 years customer service experience in the HVAC industry
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and decision-making abilities
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills
- Strong team player
- Computer proficiency - Ability to use manual or computerized systems for order entry, invoicing, data application, and equipment selection. Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attendance record
