General Dermatologist & Mohs Surgeon Opportunity – Delaware

Locations: Delaware Market
Practice Model: Private, physician-led group practice

We are a thriving, patient-centered dermatology practice seeking both General Dermatologists and a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to join our expanding team. With a focus on excellence in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology, our group offers a collaborative environment where physicians thrive professionally while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

️‍⚕️ General Dermatologist Role

As a General Dermatologist, you will:

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care across medical, surgical, and cosmetic cases.
• Treat a wide range of skin conditions and perform office-based procedures.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons, aestheticians, and other providers in a multidisciplinary care model.
• Build long-term patient relationships within a supportive private practice environment.
• Potential pathway to partnership for long-term physicians who share our vision.

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology.
• Comfortable with a mix of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology.
• Passionate about teamwork, patient education, and practice growth.

Mohs Surgeon Role

As a Mohs Surgeon, you will:

• Perform high-quality Mohs micrographic surgeries with opportunities for reconstructions.
• Collaborate closely with general dermatologists and dermatopathology support.
• Play a key role in expanding our surgical dermatology program.
• Enjoy cross-coverage between Newark and Middletown offices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fellowship-trained and board-certified in Mohs Surgery.
• Experienced in reconstructions and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
• Patient-focused, efficient, and collaborative in practice style.
