- Inspect yarns for breaks, tangles, or defects and correct issues promptly
- Replace empty cones and repair yarn breaks to minimize downtime
- Assist weaving operators with warp changes and machine set-up as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure on-spec textile output
- Follow paper and/or computer-generated work orders
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and support overall facility upkeep
- Assist with product distribution, storage, and precision cutting as required
- Provide support during tours, demonstrations, and public events
- Rotate or fill in for other departments based on seasonal or operational needs

- Understanding of measurements and quality standards in a production setting
- High attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal production demands
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Frequent reaching, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Continuous physical activity throughout shift
- Exposure to textile machinery operating at loud volumes
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math skills required
- Prior textile, manufacturing, or machine-operation experience preferred; training provided
Additional Information
- 90-day probationary period
