Support the sales team in daily operational tasks and sales initiatives. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored product recommendations. Compile sales reports and create presentations for team meetings, showcasing our achievements and strategies. Manage product inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and product presentation. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, enhancing their experience. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to keep promotional materials current and engaging.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with fellow colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
