Über
Collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Team to achieve company goals and strategies
Participate in company-sponsored self-development and team-building workshops
Assist Sales Managers and Consultants in completing various projects
Gather and present informative data for sales teams
Communicate effectively with customers to collect necessary information
Act as a liaison between sales and other departments
Requirements:
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
Strong administrative skills are essential
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
Meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Effective multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Experience with iOS and macOS
Available for 40 hours per week (4x10 schedule options available) Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 10 PM (flexibility is mandatory) Saturday, 8 AM - 6 PM (rotating weekend schedule)
