Providing fast and friendly assistance to customers. Learning about our diverse range of products and using available tools to convey this information to customers. Skillfully greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing sales with customers in your department. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, ensuring they are safe and shop-able. Collaborating with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to create a cohesive work environment. Adhering to all safety policies and standards, proactively identifying and correcting hazards or reporting them to the Manager on Duty. Having a working knowledge of adjacent departments including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
