Your tasks:
  • Manage and track diagnostic activities using tools such as Jira, ensuring transparency of progress and task ownership
  • Define diagnostic use cases aligned with vehicle system functions and validate their correct implementation
  • Oversee integration and testing of OEM-specific diagnostic tools on test benches and vehicle systems
  • Configure and maintain offboard diagnostic systems, including required hardware and infrastructure
  • Implement and maintain diagnostic routines supporting production and aftersales environments
  • Collaborate with homologation and legal teams to ensure compliance with standards such as UNECE R156 and DSSAD
  • Define requirements for software updates, including SW naming concepts, compatibility checks, and supplier interfaces
  • Ensure reliable connectivity between diagnostic tools, cloud platforms, and vehicle access points, including secure user authentication for remote diagnostics
  • Plan and support diagnostic commissioning for production lines, specifying necessary hardware and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Adapt diagnostics for pre-commissioning stations and test benches
  • Support aftersales documentation and maintenance activities
Your profile:
  • Completed university degree in Automotive, Electrical, or related field
  • Experience with vehicle diagnostic systems, tools, and development processes
  • Knowledge of diagnostic protocols such as UDS, DoCAN and DoIP
  • Familiarity with homologation standards including UNECE R156, DSSAD and ZEVonUDS
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is nice to have
