With your developer experience, you will provide technical solutions, minimize engineering interruptions, and enhance customer self-sufficiency through clear, helpful content. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving customer support requests and technical inquiries, creating and maintaining tutorials and content to assist users in maximizing product value, providing technical solutions to minimize engineering interruptions, enhancing customer self-sufficiency through clear and helpful content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of support strategies. Two to six years of experience in a developer support or related role is required. Strong technical problem-solving skills, excellent content creation and communication abilities, experience in providing technical solutions and support, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in using support and content creation tools are also required.
