Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Python Experience with modern ML frameworks, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures Proficiency in building and optimizing RAG pipelines Strong skills in prompt engineering and autonomous agent workflows Prior work experience in the client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in ensuring Responsible AI (RAI) compliance Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in MLOps integration Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design and develop AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems Optimize RAG pipelines for enhanced contextual accuracy Create, test, and refine prompts to improve LLM output quality Implement autonomous agent workflows for multi-step reasoning Ensure Responsible AI compliance with safety guardrails and fairness checks Lead end-to-end deployment and optimization of AI solutions Company Benefits & Culture
