Full time opportunityDay shift, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PMCall schedule will be 1:6 along with some Hospital phone calls.100% outpatientPatient volume 70-80/weekJoin a team of 5Physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Attending Clinical Adult Diabetes – General Endo patientsMay perform A1C Point of Care – Glucose procedures.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board CertifiedMedical Degree or foreign equivalentInternal Medicine ResidencyFellowship training in endocrinology required.Eligibility for or possession of Indiana Medical License
