Area Sales Manager

Our client is a well-established provider of wastewater treatment and rainwater management systems across Ireland.

They are seeking a Sales Representative to join their team and manage an existing portfolio of accounts while developing new business across the Connacht and Midlands region. No prior industry experience is required – full product training will be provided.

• Manage and grow sales across the Connacht & Midlands territory
  
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, engineers, architects, and homeowners
  
• Present technical products in a clear and engaging way
  
• Respond to customer queries and provide product support
  
• Negotiate and close sales, contracts, and pricing agreements
  
• Follow up with customers post-sale to support long-term relationships
  
• Attend trade shows and build your professional network within the sector
  
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your pipeline
  

• 
  
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar sales or field-based role (preferred, not essential)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Self‑motivated, organised, and capable of working independently
  
• Comfortable being on the road 4 days per week
  
• Familiar with using CRM tools
  
• Full, clean Irish driving licence
