Associate Director

We have partnered exclusively with an infrastructure investment platform to appoint an Associate Director to join their Investments team. The firm is a specialist in acquiring and operating infrastructure and energy‑transition assets across Europe, with a strong industry reputation and deep sector expertise.

• 
  
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling and execution of renewable energy investment transactions.
  
• Support portfolio management, including asset performance monitoring and value‑enhancement initiatives.
  
• Contribute to market research, investment strategy and capital‑raising materials.
  
• Coordinate internal teams and external advisors throughout deal processes.
  

• 
  
• 7–12 years’ experience in infrastructure investing, project finance or energy M&A.
  
• Strong financial modelling and transaction execution skills.
  
• Understanding of renewable assets or regulated markets is beneficial.
