Financial Controller - Dublin 2

My client is entering an exciting phase of international expansion and is looking for a commercially driven Financial Controller to help shape the next stage of their growth.

This role requires someone confident enough to challenge the status quo, in a constructive, solutions-oriented way.

Ideally candidates will be available to start immediately or within 2-3 weeks.

• Lead the finance function and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  
• Deliver high-quality board reporting, forecasting, and commercial insight
  
• Drive budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
  
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and audit readiness
  
• Challenge assumptions and positively influence stakeholders to improve decision-making
  
• Identify risks and opportunities early and propose practical, growth-focused solutions
  
• Build scalable processes to support international expansion
  
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team

• Proven experience in a senior finance role (Financial Controller or similar)
  
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and influence
  
• Commercially astute with a proactive, positive mindset xcfaprz
  
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
  
• Experienced in improving processes and driving continuous improvement
  
• Thrives in a scaling, entrepreneurial environment
