Graduate Engineer - Mechatronics

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you will work with advanced automation, robotics, and cutting‑edge production systems. You will rotate across key areas of the plant, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to real projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental performance.

• Apply a proactive, structured approach to troubleshooting production issues related to PLCs and software‑driven systems.
  
• Work with cross‑functional teams to design and implement improvements across safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance.
  
• Support and deliver engineering projects, including:
  
• Process modifications
  
• Automation and software enhancements
  
• Traceability systems
  
• Equipment and system upgrades
  
• Collaborate with contractors and external partners to implement automated solutions.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site.
  

• 
  
• 2025 or 2026 graduate with an Honours Degree in Mechatronic Engineering.
  

• 
  
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  
• Understanding of industrial automation, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
  
• Basic PLC or industrial programming knowledge.
  
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work across multiple teams and functions.

• Experience working in team‑based, solution‑focused environments.
  
• Exposure to automated manufacturing systems (through projects, placements, or internships) is an advantage.

• Up to 5% regional travel may be required.
