  • Contract:  W2 only 
  • Pay:  $60-80/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
Overview

The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for one or more projects, overseeing coordination, communication, and execution across all project-related activities. This role is involved from the early stages of planning through delivery, supporting project intervals, key milestones, deliverables, and overall execution to help ensure timelines are met. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to improving processes, identifying risks, and closing gaps before they impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading project coordination efforts, partnering with stakeholders across the organization, and communicating effectively with teams at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Leading weekly stakeholder meetings, driving next steps, tracking accountability, and preparing recurring program summaries with status updates and resolution plans.
  • Focusing on issue, risk, and gap management by proactively identifying concerns, escalating when needed, and helping drive mitigation and closure.
  • Maintaining data accuracy across internal and external procurement systems and using analytics tools to monitor supplier performance, compliance risks, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines for legal document status, application progress, project milestones, and active issues and risks.
  • Capturing and sharing documentation from weekly meetings with stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • 4–7 years of procurement and supply chain experience across direct and indirect spend.
  • Strong experience in procurement and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Tableau.
  • Ability to lead project coordination efforts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to monitor supplier performance, compliance risks, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Experience supporting project intervals, key milestones, and deliverables.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks and gaps.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project timelines and documentation.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management tools and analytics.
Required Education
  • No Education Requirements
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Coupa, MTCM, Agile ERP Systems, Oracle ERP Systems.
  • Knowledge of international trade, global regulatory environments, and federal contracts.
  • Data visualization and advanced analytics skills.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
