Project Manager II – Signage

Green Meadows Partners, a professional recruiting firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager II for a growing organization in the signage and manufacturing industry.

This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who enjoys leading projects from estimating and planning through installation and completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage projects from planning and estimating through final installation
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Solicit bids and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and manage project documentation
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material deliveries
• Monitor production progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate installer teams across multiple locations
• Travel to job sites to oversee installations and ensure quality
• Prepare project status reports and cost updates
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule
• Support and mentor junior project managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years of project management, estimating, or engineering experience
• Experience in construction, signage, fabrication, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong understanding of cost control, estimating, and project scheduling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Work Environment:

• Office-based role in Knoxville, TN
• Occasional travel to project installation sites
