About You 5+ years' experience
in a high-complexity mechanical design role

Proven ability to solve
structural, thermal, and fluid flow
challenges
.
Background in
hydraulics, aerospace, or automotive
is highly beneficial
.
Expert in
3D CAD
(any platform) and technical drawing
.
A
growth mindset
with a focus on ownership and action
