They have worked very hard at creating an established brand with great repeat customers, website and loyal long-term staff.
We are now looking for a motivated individual who wants more than a job someone who wants to grow and ultimately own an already successful business and move it forward positively.
This is a structured Path to Ownership opportunity for the right person.
The Role: This is mainly an office-based role with a strong focus on telephone sales and business development.
Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound enquiries generated through our marketing activity, speaking with prospective customers, explaining our services, and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.
You will proactively contact existing and past clients to encourage repeat bookings and maximise revenue opportunities.
Alongside sales growth, you will gradually take on increasing responsibility across operational, sales, administration and financial management as part of a structured handover plan.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email Generate and convert new business opportunities Commercial sales Follow up quotations and warm prospects Encourage repeat business from existing clients Support local marketing initiatives Oversee scheduling, supplies, health and safety and compliance Manage and motivate staff Recruitment Negotiate with suppliers to keep costs down Work closely with the Directors to eventually understand all aspects of the business including reporting and accounting Gradually take on operational and leadership responsibilities Manage marketing strategies Full Training & Mentorship: You will work directly with the two Directors in a hands-on training programme designed to teach you every part of the business.
Training will include all aspects of the business including sales systems, pricing strategy, operations management, financial control, recruitment, and client retention.
You will also spend time with a cleaning technician in customers houses getting hands on experience of our services and attend training courses.
The goal is to prepare you for full operational and financial responsibility over time. xbpsjku
About You: Confident and comfortable on the telephone Proven experience in sales You will need to fit in with our friendly, established team Driven by targets and results Work well under pressure Strong leadership, organization and people management skills Experience with programs such as excel but not essential Commercially minded and financially aware Ambitious with genuine long-term ownership aspirations Organised, resilient, and proactive Previous business development experience but not essential Full driving licence required The Opportunity: This is not just a sales and management role -it is a chance to own and lead an established, profitable business.
