Senior Sales Operations Reporting Analyst | 100% Remote (WFH) Opportunity
The Senior Sales Operations Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting sales leadership, agency partners, and internal stakeholders by delivering accurate reporting, maintaining producer agreements, and ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, hands on experience with agency management processes, and deep familiarity with NIPR. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reporting & Data Management: Pull, clean, and manipulate data from multiple internal and external sources to produce accurate and actionable reports for sales leadership, underwriting, and agency distribution teams. Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and sales activity reports. Audit data regularly to ensure accuracy and identify trends or discrepancies. Support ad hoc reporting and analysis needs to drive business decisions. Agreement & Licensing Oversight: Maintain and audit producer and agency agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date terms. Track renewal cycles, expirations, and contractual obligations for agency partners. Oversee licensing compliance with a strong emphasis on NIPR processes, validations, and updates. Regulatory & State Requirements: Monitor, track, and interpret state-specific workers' compensation insurance regulations that impact agency licensing, appointments, and producer compliance. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and underwriting teams to ensure all operational procedures adhere to state and carrier requirements. Agency Management: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for agency onboarding, credentialing, producer appointment workflows, and agency hierarchy maintenance. Support agency teams with inquiries related to agreements, licensing status, reporting discrepancies, and compensation structures. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or compliance within the insurance industry (workers' compensation experience strongly preferred). Strong understanding of NIPR systems, producer licensing processes, appointment requirements, and regulatory workflows. Experience with agency management, producer lifecycle tracking, or carrier distribution operations. Demonstrated ability to pull, manipulate, and analyze data using Excel, BI tools, or CRM/reporting platforms. Exceptional organizational skills with proven attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Familiarity with state-level insurance regulations, especially those impacting agency licensing and workers' compensation. Preferred: Experience in a small business or niche carrier environment. Knowledge of agency compensation, commissions tracking, or sales incentive programs. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Key Competencies: High level of accuracy and detail orientation. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements with confidence. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. Education Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Work Environment Remote: This position is a fully remote (work-from-home) opportunity. Candidates must be currently located in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship. A suitable home workspace that is private and free from distractions is required. Expected Work Hours: Work schedules are designed to meet both the needs of the role and the organization and may be adjusted as business needs evolve.
