Job Description We are seeking a talented Lead Software Engineer specializing in AI and Machine Learning Innovation. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in assessing, integrating, and optimizing cutting-edge technologies for our AI/ML infrastructure. Your focus will be on ensuring low latency, high throughput, and efficient resource utilization for large-scale model training and inference. You will shape key strategic decisions regarding AI infrastructure offerings and lead the design and implementation of scalable orchestration for AI and ML workloads. Your expertise in generative AI and large language models will drive initiatives such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation and model fine-tuning. Ideal candidates will possess strong programming skills and deep expertise in GPU-accelerated AI service development using Kubernetes and Python/Go, along with a solid understanding of deep learning frameworks, containerization, distributed systems, and AI/ML workflows. Responsibilities Assess, integrate, and optimize advanced technologies to enhance performance for training and inference tasks.
Lead strategic discussions impacting AI infrastructure offerings.
Design and implement scalable orchestration for the efficient serving and training of AI/ML models with a focus on model parallelism.
Leverage cutting-edge research on generative AI and inference systems within our software stack for large language models.
Drive design initiatives for Generative AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning of large language models.
Develop scalable services and tools to support GPU-accelerated AI pipelines using technologies like Kubernetes, Python/Go, and observability frameworks.
Qualifications : Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts, algorithms, and models.
Proficiency in orchestration and containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Docker.
In-depth understanding of container networking and storage architecture.
Experience with large-scale distributed training and inference workload management and optimization.
Comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML workflows, including data processing, model training, and inference pipelines.
Familiarity with parallel computing frameworks and paradigms.
Proficient programming skills and expertise in major deep learning frameworks.

The salary range for this position in the US is from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum, with additional eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferrals.
