Permanent Customer Service / Sales Support Position - Onsite in Woburn
$26-$31 per hour | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Our client, a growing distributor in Woburn, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Support Specialist. This onsite role supports both e-commerce operations and Sales Account Managers, ensuring a smooth customer experience from order entry through final fulfillment.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for processing customer orders, providing responsive customer service, and supporting sales activities. This role is key to maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and high customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, enter, and manage customer sales orders from start to finish Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and order status Assist Sales Account Managers with quotations, customer communication, and issue resolution Support order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience Strong computer proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in a distribution, logistics, or order-fulfillment environment is a plus Job Details
