Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?
Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions for large payment platforms, focusing on modernization and scalability. Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions using domain-driven design principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop microservices architecture leveraging Java and other modern technologies. Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in cloud modernization, including AWS or cloud-agnostic approaches. Support the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and compliance standards are met. What's Needed?
Extensive experience in cloud modernization, preferably with AWS, and familiarity with cloud-native and cloud-agnostic architectures. Proven expertise in solutions design, especially in domain-driven design and microservices architecture. 15+ years of overall professional experience with at least 10 years in architecture roles. Strong background in Java development and experience with microservices deployment. Knowledge of developing on-premise systems, OpenShift, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, CockroachDB, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. What's in it for me?
