This is a full-time on-site role located in Cork for a Design Manager. The Design Manager will oversee design processes, coordinate with project teams, and ensure designs meet client specifications and organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing design schedules, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing and approving designs, and resolving technical design challenges. xcfaprz The role entails ensuring quality, compliance, and the successful delivery of project milestones within timelines.

• Strong expertise in Design Management, including coordination, planning, and project execution
• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and/ or Civil systems design processes
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, and technical problem-solving
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills
• Capability to manage design schedules and ensure timely project delivery
• Familiarity with construction and commissioning processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in managing large-scale design processes is an advantage
