• Strategic Leadership: Taking full ownership of the division’s operational performance and reporting directly to executive leadership.

• 
  
• Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8 or higher degree.
  
• Deep technical experience in structural engineering.
  
• Commercial acumen and leadership presence to manage and coach a high‑performing team.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
  
• Experience with another consultancy and preferably in the water sector.
