We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Portland, Oregon. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments. Your duties will include preparing shipping documentation, verifying order details against packed items, selecting appropriate shipping carriers and methods, and generating shipping labels. You will also be responsible for coordinating with carriers for pickups and managing the flow of goods leaving the facility. A strong understanding of shipping software and logistics procedures is essential. You will work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure all orders are correctly accounted for and dispatched. Maintaining a tidy and organized shipping area is also part of your role. Safety is a priority, and you will be expected to adhere to all company safety guidelines and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While primarily an administrative role, some light lifting may be required to move packages. If you possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in shipping or logistics coordination, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a related logistics role.
- Proficiency with shipping software and online portals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform light lifting as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
