Summary of Duties
Salesforce Developer / Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. This role combines configuration and custom development to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with OmniCable's growth strategy.
Responsibilities & Duties
Administer Salesforce org: user management, security, profiles, permission sets, and release readiness, including license management Configure Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages. Develop Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components, and REST integrations. Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunities; enforce duplicate rules and scheduled jobs. Support Experience Cloud portals and OmniPoints program integrations. Build reports/dashboards and partner with Analytics for KPI visibility. Manage sandbox strategy, testing coordination, and Salesforce deployments, including post-release validation Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess requests, and translate business needs into technical solutions Implement CI/CD pipelines (Git/Azure DevOps) and automated testing. Collaborate with Cybersecurity on secure coding and compliance. Review upcoming Salesforce releases/patches, manage upgrade cycles, and strategize implementation timeframes along with ongoing other projects. Document functional requirements/specs and technical design documents. Develop Proof of Concepts (POC's) for analyze test and demo new feature functionality
