• Create effective test strategies for mission-critical services
  
• Write and execute comprehensive test plans for both UI and backend services
  
• Maintain and enhance automated test coverage for products
  
• Ensure continuous testing and monitoring of product functionality
  
• Validate that final products meet user expectations and requirements
  
• Investigate and debug issues as reported by team members
  
• Process product reviews and communicate defects to the development team

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and development
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP, Databases, and APIs
  
• Hands-on experience with web application automated testing
  
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright
  
• Meticulous, proactive, and diligent approach to QA processes
  
• Experience in mobile testing and familiarity with third‑party tools like Salesforce and Hubspot
  
• Capability in test data management and test case management
