• Perform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports.
• Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records.
• Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven.
• Provide cover for colleagues as required.
• Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.
• Ensure customer requirements.

• 1 to 3 years of GMP experience.

• Strong attention to detail.
• HPLC experience and exposure to biologics testing.
• Organized, accurate, and strong documentation skills.
• Good understanding of GMP.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professionalism, quality consciousness, and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication skills.
