Client Accountant

HireForce is working with a leading global real estate organisation to hire a Client Accountant for their Dublin City team.

• 
  
• Lead and mentor a small team of client accountants
  
• Manage the preparation of service charge and statutory accounts
  
• Oversee budgeting, reconciliations, and VAT reporting
  
• Support the onboarding and financial setup of new properties/sites
  
• Ensure all reporting is delivered accurately and on time
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, property managers, and external stakeholders
  
• Resolve queries and provide clear, commercial financial insight
  
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
  
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
  

• 
  
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  
• Experience in property, real estate, or service charge accounting advantageous
  
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  
• Confident leading people and managing multiple priorities
  
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and commercially minded
