DTH Remodeling is seeking a proactive, analytical leader to manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion, delivering exceptional client experience while protecting schedule, budget, and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary client contact, providing proactive communication throughout the project.
• Review plans and existing conditions to ensure constructability and accuracy.
• Develop detailed schedules and budgets; identify and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and at or below budget.
• Analyze cost reports, manage change orders, and protect financial performance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, OSHA compliance, and code adherence.
• Select and manage subcontractors; coordinate materials and vendor payments.
• Contribute to process improvement and uphold DTH Best Practices.
