PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will organize, schedule, and manage projects received from the Sales Department through project closeout and be EXTECH’s main connection with clients. This position is a direct report to the General Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist Estimators and Sales in generating quoted lead times.
• Support Sales in the review of proposed contracts during sales negotiations.
• Negotiate and execute final contracts with installers identified by Sales when required.
• Compile project file and start-up paperwork and CRM input data following execution of the contract for submission into Engineering.
• Develop and distribute projects schedules in accordance with contract requirements for signoff by Engineering and Production.
