We are seeking a diligent and organized Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role is crucial for preventing stock discrepancies and optimizing warehouse efficiency. You will work closely with the receiving, stocking, and shipping departments to ensure all inventory movements are meticulously recorded. Your attention to detail will be paramount in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify stock levels.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory movements, including receipts and shipments.
- Assist with the organization and arrangement of inventory within the warehouse to maximize space utilization.
- Generate reports on inventory status, stock levels, and movement trends.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and minimize errors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in inventory audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements for inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control or a warehouse environment preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or WMS.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety guidelines.

You will be a key contributor to our logistics operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
