- Direct, schedule, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, distributing tasks effectively.
- Conduct field inspections, analyze progress, and ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and allocation.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors; prepare daily logs, progress reports, and resolve issues.
- Monitor project expenses and timelines, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Proven background in construction, often requiring a high school diploma or relevant degree/certification.
- Ability to motivate, train, and manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and regulations.
