leading commercial Irish law firm
as they strategically expand their Real Estate team in Cork. We are seeking an ambitious
NQ to 3-year PQE Solicitor
to join a high-performing practice, working closely with an experienced Partner on various commercial property matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
Advise on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including high-value acquisitions and disposals.
Manage complex landlord and tenant negotiations and large-scale development projects.
Support property finance transactions and the real estate components of major M&A deals.
Provide ongoing asset and portfolio management for developers, investors, and financial institutions.
Job Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland (NQ to 3 years' PQE).
Proven track record in commercial property, gained during training or post-qualification.
Ability to manage files independently while collaborating on complex matters.
Proactive and commercially minded.
