This role reports to the Global Project Portfolio Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee global IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with governance and enterprise architecture standards. Lead and coordinate technical projects, including budget management, third-party vendor oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with governance, network, and security teams to ensure all projects meet compliance and framework requirements. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets to support successful delivery. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; establish contingency plans to minimize impacts on timelines and costs. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure deliverables meet business objectives. Manage and coordinate activities of external vendors and internal teams to achieve project deliverables. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5-7 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in project management within IT infrastructure environments. Demonstrated technical IT experience with a strong record of delivering IT infrastructure projects. Advanced project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk mitigation. Proficiency in managing project budgets and financial forecasts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. PMP certification. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Minimal travel required (less than 5%). Preferred Skills:
M&A experience Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project). Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection regulations. Benefits Starting on Day 1:
