We are hiring a diligent Shipping Clerk for our San Jose, California facility. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the shipping process, ensuring that orders are accurately documented, packaged, and dispatched to their destinations. Your duties will include preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, verifying shipment contents against order documents, and maintaining accurate shipping records. This position is critical to our supply chain and Logistics operations, ensuring timely and correct delivery to our customers. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth transitions from picking and packing to shipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount. The role involves some physical activity, including Lifting of packages up to 40 lbs, and adherence to all warehouse Safety procedures is mandatory. Proper use of required PPE must be maintained at all times. Experience with shipping software and carrier portals is highly advantageous. We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual who can manage deadlines effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
