Depositary Supervisor Analyst

Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Depositary Senior Analyst to join their Trustee & Depositary / Fund Oversight team in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a Depositary or Fund Accounting professional looking to build strong technical expertise within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

In this role, you will play a key part within the Fund Oversight team, with a particular focus on Investment & Borrowing (I&B) activities. You will work closely with internal teams and offshore partners to ensure robust oversight, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client service.

• Preparation and review of Investment & Borrowing oversight activities, including system reviews, manual I&B programmes, monthly compliance monitoring and prospectus reviews
  
• Daily interaction with offshore teams, providing oversight and review of I&B-related deliverables
  
• Support the preparation of KRI and Management Information (MI) reporting
  
• Ownership of a portfolio of clients, including responding to client queries and preparing breach memos and regulatory reporting
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirements and their impact on Depositary oversight
  
• Ensure audit readiness by supporting audit-related deliverables and embedding required actions
  
• Contribute positively to team processes, controls and continuous improvement initiatives

• Previous experience within Depositary or Fund Accounting in a financial services environment
  
• Strong understanding of Investment & Borrowing or Fund Oversight processes
  
• Ability to prioritise workloads effectively to meet KRI and regulatory deadlines
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across onshore, offshore and management teams
  
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and client service
