Electrical Project Lead

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across the Nordic region, the company is now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join their delivery team in Sweden and play a key role in the successful delivery of major electrical packages.

As an Electrical Project Lead, you will take responsibility for leading the electrical delivery of large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget.

You will act as a key leader within the project team, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and specialist suppliers to ensure electrical systems are delivered to the highest technical standards. Working closely with senior project leadership, you will also contribute to programme strategy, technical coordination and overall project delivery.

This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of significant electrical scopes while working alongside highly experienced engineering and project delivery professionals.

• Lead the delivery of electrical installation works across major construction or infrastructure projects
  
• Manage electrical engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers on site
  
• Coordinate closely with design teams to ensure electrical systems are installed in line with engineering specifications
  
• Oversee planning and scheduling of electrical works in alignment with the overall project programme
  
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across all electrical works
  
• Manage electrical budgets and collaborate with the commercial team on cost control
  
• Oversee procurement of electrical materials and subcontractor packages
  
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders
  
• Provide regular project reporting including progress updates, risk management and financial forecasting
  
• Support commissioning, testing and final handover of electrical systems

• Proven experience leading electrical packages on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
  
• Strong background in electrical engineering, building services or MEP project delivery
  
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and complex project interfaces
  
• Strong understanding of programme management, cost control and risk mitigation
  
• Ability to lead teams in technically demanding project environments
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Experience working on large engineering or mission-critical projects is advantageous
  
• Degree or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or similar
