Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential/ Mixed Use

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €65K-€75K

About the Company

Reputable Tier 1 Contractor currently seeking a Site Manager for a Mixed Use Development in East Dublin. The ideal candidate will be supporting the Project Manager and Contracts Manager on a high rise and high-density project.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential and commercial development.
• Manage the procurement of materials on site in line with project requirements and project budget.
• Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Take part in weekly meetings with clients and senior management to update them on the progress of the project,
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience managing high volume residential projects from concept to handover is essential.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
