NAV Oversight Lead Analyst

Reporting to the Fund Oversight Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing NAV-related activities and ensuring regulatory responsibilities are met.

• Oversight and review of NAV Oversight activities within the Depositary function NAV Oversight Lead Analyst (I)
  
• Close collaboration with other Depositary teams to ensure consistent and robust oversight practices NAV Oversight Lead Analyst (I)
  
• Supporting KRI reporting and management information processes
  
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations relating to NAV oversight
  
• Reviewing areas such as distributions and performance fees
  
• Responding to client queries and supporting due diligence and presentations where required
  
• Taking ownership of oversight outcomes and ensuring timely, results-focused delivery
  
• Supporting audit readiness and embedding audit-related actions within the team NAV Oversight Lead Analyst (I)
  
• Contributing positively to team culture with energy, drive and a proactive approach
  

• 
  
• Experience within financial services, specifically Fund Accounting or Depositary
  
• Strong understanding of NAV processes, governance frameworks and risk controls
  
• Experience working with KRIs, MI reporting and xcfaprz backlog prioritisation
  
• The ability to build effective partnerships across onshore Depositary locations and internal utilities
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at varying levels
  
• A structured and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
