TMM Freight Planner

• 
  
• Managing the tracking and completion of shipments through the TMM ERP system
  
• Creating and managing shipping line orders from OEM or consolidated gas/chemical points and updating the TMM ERP system
  
• Scheduling incoming deliveries and outgoing returns with the off‑site warehouse, ensuring all functions perform as per agreement
  
• Working closely with the TMM Supply Chain Manager to highlight any delays within the supply chain
  
• Managing all customs entries and working closely with the delegated freight clearance provider
  
• Acting as the point of contact for all shipping line and consolidated warehouse activities for your managed lane
  
• Ensuring all related supplier invoices are resolved in your area
  
• Ensuring compliance and immediately highlighting any concerns around potential quality or safety issues
  
• Providing flexibility to work extended hours when required to supply continuous TMM freight support
  

• 
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a freight or logistics role
  
• Broad understanding of incoterms and customs procedures in an FCA‑focused role (customs, logistics, trade compliance or shipping)
  
• Experience using Harmonized Tariff codes or classifications
  
• Qualification in either supply chain, trade compliance, or logistics management
  
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel using formulae
  
• Experience in multi‑modal transport (road, air & sea)
