Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within a designated territory. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing high-performing sales professionals, and executing strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas in revenue, gross profit, and net new business. * Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business development plans. * Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to support team growth. * Maintain 100% manpower in all sales territories and ensure all team members are performing at or above quota. * Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive lead generation and customer engagement. * Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and CRM data to senior leadership. * Recruit, train, and mentor new sales talent to build a strong bench of future leaders. * Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold Offix's standards of excellence.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in office technology or B2B services. * Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales performance metrics. * Exceptional communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills. * Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. xkddfxh * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
